Rory McIlroy believes players will start to leave LIV Golf and seek new avenues for their careers after the league recently announced it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

The DP World Tour has said it has had a "high volume" of interest from LIV Golf players and is exploring ways to accommodate those who leave the breakaway league.

LIV Golf told a U.S. bankruptcy court Wednesday that the embattled global golf circuit’s 57 entities are entering bankruptcy proceedings with meaningful assets, committed revenue and a path forward.
